Morning, my name is Sam .
I am a motor trimmer and have been using knives for the last 45 years and I have never come across such a really comfortable knife as the one we are talking about now it’s snug in my hand. The automatic feed is just amazing. The only thing I can say is that I am a bit disappointed with The finger movement on the top that you have to scroll back. Mine is now jammed and it’s not feeding out properly. Is there a way to repair that? I do want to purchase another couple as I do have a service van and would like to have one in there as well set a chopping and changing.
Or if maybe a technician could call me and let me know how I can repair it.
And if I can say compared to the old Stanley knife which you had to open up and reload blades, the Sterling knife is like I said one of the best ones I’ve ever had compact and fits into my hand just perfectly. The grip is perfect.
